Nancy is a miracle worker. She was a referral from another realtor when we were trying to help my dad sell his house and move into a senior complex. Let's put it this way--my dad's mini-dachshund who wanted to bite prospective buyers was probably the least of the challenges Nancy faced in listing and selling this house. My dad was not the easiest of characters, but he adored Nancy. Nancy's patience, amazing people skills, and persistence paid off. My dad sold his house and was 100% happy with the experience. I have purchased and sold 2 homes (Washington Crossing and Yardley) with Nancy's guidance. She is amazing! She really knows the area, is an awesome negotiator, and has the patience of a saint! We are so fortunate to have Nancy as our agent! Nancy is professional, knowledgeable, great negotiator, and a kind person with integrity in every aspect. First of all, she knows the area thoroughly. With 29 years of experience, she knows the builder, development, history of local area, so that she can help us prioritize our needs. Secondly, she is honest. For every house we visited, she told us her honest opinion regarding value of the house and whether this house suits our need or not, and why. To us, a realtor's knowlegable and honest opinion is the utter most important reason why we hire one. Thirdly, she is an excellent negotiator, reasonable and graceful. Nancy has excellent sense of offering price as well as determining selling prices. She is also a master to negotiate prices. Fourthly, she is perseverent, calm, and very friendly.
