We had had no success selling our home in Rancho Mirage, Ca., and then chose Nancy and her team mate, Richard, because of their success with others in the community where we lived. We were impressed with Nancy's sparkle and articulate manner. We were also impressed with the touches Nancy made inside and out by bringing in some decorative accessories which made the house look even better to prospective buyers. Nancy and Richard promoted the house extensively, in the local paper, in magazines, and on social networks and held frequent Open Houses. We felt they gave very focused attention to our listing and found a seller who just fell in love with our home.
