Sold a home in 2010.

Summary:

Nancy was our realtor when we put our house on the market in June of 2009 just as the housing industry was collasping. Nancy, continued to be supportive and positive encourging us to keep it on the market and slowly adjust our price as needed and wait for that one buyer! We did we and it paid off. The buyers were the best and Nancy did everything for us all we had to do was show up and sign the papers. She really took care of us. We have been non home owners for almost a year now and we are ready to buy. She is currently helping us find our new home.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $300k in Unnamed Neighborhood, Knoxville, TN.

Summary:

The personalized service that my family received from Nancy was exceptional and so much appreciated as we were re-locating from out of state and knew nothing of Knoxville. Nancy Keith is an Affiliate Broker with Keller Williams Realty in Knoxville, Tennessee. She has completed the REALTOR and MLS program and specializes in residential real estate and holds CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and Historic Homes designations.

Mrs. Keith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from The University of Alabama in 1993. While pursuing her degree, she worked as an Account Representative for the Crimson White (daily student newspaper) for two-and-a-half years. Following graduation, Keith worked as an Account Executive at both WTTO Fox-TV in Birmingham and LA Weekly (newspaper)in Los Angeles. She was then recruited to be the Director of Public Relations for the Laugh Factory (comedy club located on the Sunset Strip), where she acted as its spokesperson, special events co-ordinator, and publicist.

During her stint there, she met actor, David Keith, whom she later married in April 2000, in his hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee. When David and Nancy learned they would become parents, they decided that moving back to the South would be best for their family. Their beautiful daughter, Presley, was born in Knoxville on January 8, 2002.

Keith currently represents the Cottages Group and their development, Cottages at Pryse Farms in Farragut.
