Nancy and Todd both did a wonderful job helping my family and I find the perfect house. We stumbled across Nancy at an open house and we are so glad we did. They took the time to show us all of the houses we wanted to look at. We were quite impressed with their expertise. They knew what houses would be a good investment and would fit all of our needs. After looking at a few houses with us, they had a good understanding of what we were looking for and really stuck to houses that fit. There were even a few houses that they knew we wouldn't like, but I insisted on seeing them. After I saw the houses, I realized that I should have just listened to Nancy and Todd in the first place. They really know their stuff, and Nancy knows how to calculate all of the numbers so you really know what you are getting in to with the mortgage payments. They make sure you don't get in over your head either as it can be easy to get caught up in the moment and want houses you can't afford. It only took us three months to find our perfect house and move in. Their negotiating skills were excellent, as they were able to get us all the terms we needed to be able to buy a house. On top of that, they even helped us paint! We love our new house and we couldn't be more grateful to Nancy and Todd.
