Nancy Nolan, where do I start! I have been looking for a house with Nancy since November of 2011, and with Nancy's help, I finally closed on a house 7 days ago! Nancy has many many wonderful attirbutes that anyone would look for in a realtor and a person. One of these is that she was is always available. I can't think of a time our long search together where she didn't call or text back w/in an hour. Having a realtor that is ready to meet you any time any place to view a house especially in a market where things move quick and time is of the essence is so cruicial and Nancy was ready anytime. I never felt that Nancy was trying to make a quick buck out of me and then move on to the next client. She made it apparent from the get go that her goal was to find me a house that was perfect for my needs, and we really did! Nancy is extremely organized, and this was especially evident in the escrow period, she was really on top of everything and all the documents involved, and worked very well with everyone involved in the process. I feel very grateful to have found an agent like Nancy to work with!

Nancy is the best! She is knowledgeable, savvy, and level-headed. We enjoyed working with her throughout the entire process -- from search to closing escrow.

Simply put Nancy Nolan is a PRO. She knows Santa Barbara and it's complicated housing market. From popular locations to best/worst school districts, she knows it all. She very informative and works hard to keep up educated and in the loop. We got our offer price and are 100% satisfied with the experience.

Nancy helped us buy a new home while we were based in NY. She understood what we were looking for and based on that knowledge she acted quickly on our behalf and found an ideal property. She worked closely with the sellers agent an the seller and the whole process was fantastic. She negotiated terms for us and was prompt with all paperwork and correspondence. We really trust Nancy and recommend her wholeheartedly.

Nancy was very helpful and consistent with presenting homes for us to look at. No pressure and always on our side. She guided us through the whole process from start to finish while making us feel comfortable about what we were going through. She was very knowledgeable about local low cost contractors and financing that made it even easier to deal with any worries that come along with buying a home. Anyways my wife and I highly recommend Nancy if you want an agent who will truly care about helping you find the home you want.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in West Beach, Santa Barbara, CA.

We recently purchased our first home in Santa Barbara. We found Nancy through the recommendation of good friends that were very pleased with her service. We let Nancy know exactly what we were looking for and she was able to find the absolute perfect home for us! Nancy worked diligently through a long and difficult escrow involving unique circumstances and tenants that were less than cooperative. Nancy was in constant communication and easy to reach when we had questions about the process. She is knowledgeable about the Santa Barbara area, friendly, and personable.

Nancy is just the best. I met her when I needed a Realtor to sell my Mothers house after she passed away. I was in a pretty desparate place, since I did not know anybody locally and knew little about Real Estate in the area. She immediately embarked on an aggressive strategy to sell in a very difficult market, and in a particularly difficult area. Her negotiation skills are superb. She has a wealth of knowledge of the area and has a vast network of contacts that serve her well in preparing a home for sale. I was simply able to go home and go back to work and let Nancy take the reigns. She has kept in touch since then, and is interested and curious about the lives of her clients, who are surely her friends by the end of the transaction. Nancy is an excellent agent especially if you are looking for a house and do not have a time frame in mind. We were looking on and off for about 2 years before we bought our house and she worked very patiently with us. She is not pushy and somehow all the while she cheerfully and diligently looked for houses for us. She knows the market well and understands your taste before suggesting you go look at the houses. I highly recommend her.
It has been less than four months since we met Nancy and we're settling in to our new home this weekend. I highly recommend this wonderful agent!
