After living in Alaska for nearly 25 years, I am happy to now call the Big Island of Hawaii -- where it is warm and sunny most of the year -- my home. My family and I moved here in January of 2005 and I have been a licensed Realtor in Hawaii since February 2006. The diversity of the real estate profession drew me to this endeavor. I enjoy matching a buyer with the right home, helping sellers determine the best plan of action for marketing their listings and finding potential value in properties that might need renovating.
While living in Alaska, I worked as a Branch Office Administrator with Edward Jones Investments, owned a pest control business in Juneau and worked for an accounting firm in Soldotna. I earned a degree in Accounting from Spokane Falls Community College and majored in Business Administration at Eastern Washington University. Along the way I had six children, four of whom now live in Hawaii , one in Alaska and one in Oregon (and, yes, I still like children!).
Please contact me with your questions about Big Island real estate opportunities or about listing your property for sale. I look forward to working with you to accomplish your real estate goals.
