Bought a home in 2013.
We live overseas in China and Natasha helped us to identify and shortlist potential properties and then host me while I visited Austin taking time and care to explain to me key aspects of the local area and real estate market and the various additional costs involved. Having selected two properties to buy with her help, Natasha (again, mainly remotely as we were back in China) handled the entire buying process very efficiently and smoothly and then also found us tenants. Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Austin, TX.
I can’t say enough good things about Natasha!
Short version: She is extremely patient, very knowledgeable about the area and the home buying process, and incredibly easy to reach (day or night). As a first time home buyer, I would recommend her without hesitation!!
Long version: We moved to Austin from New England, and stayed in a sub-optimal 6 month rental. Eager to move and unsure whether we wanted to rent elsewhere or buy we started exploring our options. After trying out a couple Realtors, we called Natasha after reading reviews of her on Zillow. I sent her an email on the weekend. Ten minutes later she called my back, asking about our preferences. She set up an MLS webpage for us same day. The next weekend we started looking at properties. We went out every weekend for the next month and a half. She didn’t rush us at all! She helped us consider and rank the different properties we saw. Since we weren’t that familiar with Austin, she patiently took us to see places all over the city as we narrowed down what was right for us. Where she really surpassed my expectations was in the purchasing process. Once we found a place, and had the offer accepted, she explained what to expect at each step. When I had questions she ALWAYS got back to me same day! I never went to bed worrying about where things were headed. During the renegotiation process at the end of the option period, we were not pleased with the seller’s offer, and before deciding on our counter offer, we talked to Natasha. She agreed the offer was not in our best interest. To my amazement, she said, “You have three options: 1. Accept the offer. 2. Counter offer. 3. Walk away.” After the two months of work she had put in at that point I was amazed she actually suggested an option that would leave her without getting anything for her work. She also expertly coordinated with the title company, seller’s agent, and bank. We ran into an unlikely hiccup with the bank when our loan officer left his position without any notice. This could have easily push back closing by a week or more (leaving us to renegotiate with the current apartment, the movers, utility company, etc.). Natasha jumped in – explained the most likely outcomes to us, and coordinated with all the involved parties to help ensure the closing would go off without a hitch. As a first time home buyer, Natasha made this experience not only as painless as possible, but also fun and educational. She is really one of the best in her field!…More Less

Showed home in 2011 in Leander, TX.
We were re-locating to Texas from Missouri so a majority of the contact was done via email. When we finally arranged to come to Texas to view properties our time was very limited we were only in town for 1 day. Natasha was with us for more than 10 hours reviewing properties and showing us every aspect of the Cedar Park / Leander area. It was a very educational and informative meeting for my wife and I. Natasha listened to us and made recommendations based off the information we gave her.
