Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Round Rock, TX.
Natasha came highly recommended from one of our friends who previously sold two houses through her and I am so thankful. She made the whole process painless and as stress free as possible when selling our home. It was a completely new process for us and she had nothing but patience and knowledge for us every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone I knew that was selling or buying a home!
Natasha did an excellent job selling our house. She was a pleasure to deal with and she was great at keeping us updated. She really knows what she's doing. We have bought and sold several homes in the past and I would highly recommend her.

My husband and I cannot say enough kind things about Natasha. She recently assisted us in finding and purchasing an income property - two years ago she assisted us in also finding and purchasing the home we currently reside in. Natasha is extremely hardworking, knowledgeable, honest and has become a good friend of ours through the home buying process. If 6 stars were an option, we would give her 6!!
Natasha went pass the status quo in finding the home of our dreams. best example is we knew what area we wanted to live, since there not any homes available, Natasha pulled data from 8 years passed and allow us to hand select which home we would be interested in. After that step the second step was to send each home owner a letter to see if any of theres were planning to sell the home. Now that is what we call going the extra status quo. Definitely will use her again.
After interviewing number of realtors we chose Natasha to be our representative on the sale of our house in Austin. This was perhaps one of the best choices we have made. She listed our house with great pictures and description of the property. On the same day the house was listed, we had people coming to see it. We had an offer twenty minutes after the first showing while other potential buyers still inside looking at the house. Because they asked us to remove the house from the market Natasha negotiate an increase in the price, almost double the earnest funds to be NON refundable, along with "AS IS" therefore zero fixing of anything.
When the buyers asked for extension by two weeks Natasha negotiated two week mortgage payment in exchange for the extension.
Soon we will be in the market to purchase a new house. When the time comes, Natasha will be there.
Natasha, we thank you for your professionalism, attention to the detail and dedication.
Please ask Natasha for my phone or email if you want to talk to me.

Natasha and Matt helped us sell our home and also were our agents in the purchase of a new home. They sold our home in a single weekend! They had good inputs on how to stage our house and we were impressed with their knowledge of the business. A few things that really stood out for us - very patient with our queries, never rushed us on any decision, extremely responsive, honest with their feedback.
They also helped us negotiate with the builder on the purchase of our new home and helped us narrow down our choices. Since this is the first time, my wife and I were building a home, we had a lot of questions and Natasha and Matt answered all of them and really kept our interest in mind when negotiating with the builder. The whole process went really smoothly and we will absolutely recommend them to anyone!
Natasha worked with us on two different occasions and in both cases we felt very well served. In our last transaction we were able to sell, close, and be out, all within our time frame, which was tight. Sales transaction took 9 days.
Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Heritage Hills, Austin, TX.
Natasha Baker is a realtor of the highest order! I was living across the country at the time I put my home on the market and she handled every detail of the sale with care, precision, and professionalism. She treated the sale of my modest townhouse like it was a million dollar home. Furthermore, I was amazed at how quickly she responded to my many queries. Natasha came to me highly recommended and I will be sure to recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home in Austin. If you are looking to sell your home and want an honest, attentive, knowledgeable realtor look no further than Natasha Baker!
We feel SO LUCKY to have found Natasha and Matt! We've sold two houses with them, and both times they made the process very easy, quick, and profitable. Their marketing and knowledge are excellent, but what we really appreciated most was how incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs they are. They go WAY out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and informed throughout the whole process.
If we ever decide to return to Austin, the first thing we'll do is call Natasha!

Due to a job relocation we had to move from Ohio to Texas within 2 months time. Natasha was so fabulous throughout every step of the process. All of the preliminary groundwork that she did before our visit helped us to narrow down parts of town, and specific neighborhoods and to have a focused list of homes to tour during our 3 day house hunting marathon! We toured approximately 30 homes during those days and made our selection. She was instrumental during the negotiation process and helped us to get a great deal on the house. Since we were back in Ohio during inspections and the closing process, she went out of her way to be our eyes and voice in Texas until we arrived. She was tremendously responsive, patient and helpful from start to finish. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You won't regret it!
