He is very knowledgeable about the region, and helped us find the perfect house in the perfect location for us. Bought a home in 2011 in Huguenot, Bon Air, VA 23235.

I would highly recommend Nate, and would use him again to buy or sell a home. From the beginning to the end of the purchase process, Nate was regularly in touch with us, so that we always knew where we stood in the process. He provided great advice, was an excellent negotiator, and worked hard to ensure the sale was as smooth as possible. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but if so, will use Nate as my agent.

In addition, he has a great network and can provide recommendations for just about everything (fixing things prior to selling, home inspector, mortgage, etc.). We were always pleased with the quality of his references.

Bought a home in 2011 in Wingmead, VA 23233.

We spent a few hours every weekend for about 9 months with Nate. We are both picky and have to see all of our options to make an educated decision. To make things worse, we were also new to Richmond and initially, had very different, conflicted ideas around where to buy, budget and other details. Nate showed us hundreds of houses in the Richmond area and dedicated an immense amount of time to ensuring that we found the right home. His hard work was obvious, and his patience and subtle direction allowed us to finally align on the details. The first two offers we placed were on short sales. Again, his patience was evident, but so was his experience and familiarity with the process. His instincts were spot-on, he disclosed process issues that we would encounter long before they occurred, and he went above and beyond in keeping us updated. A person’s true colors show when you spend this much time with them. Characteristics like a contagious positive attitude and outgoing, warm personality persisted with Nate throughout our home buying process. But I’ll spare you the flowery adjectives that are in every review for every agent on this site. Nate has all of those.

In my 9-month tour with Nate, I saw three things come through that all other agents lack, fake, or wish they had. Nate is a straight shooter - he is direct and runs an honest, transparent business. Knowledge of the Richmond market – where most agents “know the area”, Nate’s instincts were not only spot-on, at times they seemed eerily predictive. Dedication to the end goal – making you happy. This is precisely why he always gets repeat business and constant referrals. He goes out of his way to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase, whether it’s a condo or a commercial complex, long after your closing date.

Combined, these characteristics allow Nate to provide a customer service level of which other agents are not capable and guarantee you’ll be satisfied with your purchase for a long time to come.
