To keep our rating system strong and accurate, we only allow borrowers who have contacted lenders through Zillow Mortgage Marketplace to quote lenders. So to rate a lender, you can:1. Fill out an anonymous loan request form on Zillow Mortgage Marketplace2. View your custom quotes and contact a lender3. Click the Rate Lender link on one of the Quote Details pages and leave a review for the lender
Submit a loan request on Zillow Mortgage Marketplace and you can compare custom quotes/rates as well as the lenders who submitted them.Your loan request is anonymous so you can shop without being hassled and can choose the best lenders.
Derek,Good question. If lenders want to automate quotes themselves, they can fill out the form on the lender API sign up page. We will then send you our API instruction guide on how to build your own integration. Or, as Ia pointed out below, you can contact one of our integration providers to have your quotes automated for you. If you use a different pricing engine or technology provider, let us know. Thanks,Nate
Rick, Can you explain what you mean by the rates disappear? You should always be able to see rates on the Mortgage Rates page. Thanks,NateProgram Manager, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace
Yes, Clay is correct. You will want to go to your lender home page and delete your saved searches. That should stop all of the email notifications. Thanks,NateProgram Manager, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace
EntertainmentMtg,Are you still receiving emails? I don't see any saved searches in your account. If you would like to save searches but not receive emails, just select the notification type of "None" when you save your next search. Thanks,NateProgram Manager, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace
John, I am not sure exactly what you are asking about, but the list of the automated quote integration providers can be found here: http://www.zillow.com/mortgage/MortgageAPIPartners.htm Yes, the Zillow Quote API is up and running so lenders can automate their quotes through their pricing engines. Thanks,NateProgram Manager, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace
vew,We have mortgage calculators on Zillow to help you figure out how much you can afford. However, the best way to find out what you are eligible for is to submit a loan request on ZIllow Mortgage Marketplace. It is free and anonymous, and you will get back real quotes that take into account your personal situation (including credit score, salary, debt, etc). We don't give lenders your personal information so nobody will contact you and it only takes minutes to fill out the form. Hope that helps,NateProgram Manager, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace
