Tom,Thank you very much for your feedback. We truly appreciate your suggestions and will look into the issues you have described. We still have a some bugs and are working hard to get these resolved for you. We will up some of our limits on the quote form and look into the duplicate quote issue. Please continue to send us your suggestions and feedback! Thanks,Nate
Rick,Drew already answered your question in another thread. Tom,The loan amount not being saved as part of saved searches is a know issue that we are working to get resolved as quickly as possible. Bob,I will send you an e-mail offline. Mirada,That is a good suggestion. We will look into it. Rick,Unfortunately we are not allowing agents to also sign up as lender on the same account. Since we saw your company was a mortgage company we removed your agent status so you are now free to go through the lender confirmation process. For agents who are both lenders and agents, the solution is to create a new account to use as your lender account. If you want to keep your old account but transfer your email address, you can change the email address of your existing account and then create the new account with old email address.
You can tell them to click the Rate Lender link under the lender information on the quote details page. This link is only visible to borrowers and shows up directly under the "View lender profile" link.
You should be able to update some of the fields on your profile without having to get reconfirmed (including your photo). The fields that force you to get reconfirmed should be called out in red. If this is not the case, please let us know.
Dan,If you delete a quote, it will disappear from the borrower's view without notifying them. However, I really like your suggestion and will see about adding it to our list of features. Thanks,Nate
Gregorio,The contact email should include information about the quote you submitted as well as a link back to the quote details page. Once you are on the quote details page, you should see a link in the upper left corner that says "Back to loan request." This link will take you to the original loan request which includes all submitted quotes.Does that help? Thanks,Nate
Kyle,The reason your discount point is changing is because we are rounding your discount points to the nearest eighth. We should make this clearer on the form. Thanks,Nate
Steve,This is a great suggestion, thank you. We have also heard lenders asking for a similar "already quoted" flag for their loan requests. I have added this to our growing feature list! Thanks again,Nate
Thank you for all of the great feedback! Some of the requests you are discussing are bugs that we are fixing now (e.g., having loan amounts in saved searches and formatting/links in messages). We will get these fixed ASAP. Others are projects we have added to our list of new features (e.g., API and mangement console). We are working to get features out to help you become more efficient so the more feedback you provide the better. We really are using this feedback to help shape and prioritize our feature list. One hint: if you want to search for a specific loan request from a borrower, use the search box on the bottom of the Lender Home page and look up the request (or quote) by ID. Owen, if this doesn't solve your problem with finding loan requests please let me know. Thanks,Nate
