When you look at quotes that you have submitted, we do not show you the lender sidebar (instead we show you the navigation bar and tools for your quote). However, if you would like to see what your lender sidebar looks like to others, you can sign out and then hit one of your loan quote details pages. Instructions:1. Go to one of your loan quote detail pages2. Copy the URL of the page3. Sign out4. Paste the URL into the browser and hit go - (this is what others see) Thanks,Nate
Links to Loan Requests from QuotesThere are links from quote detail pages to the original loan requests in the upper left corner (they say Back to loan request).
Allison,Right now, the only way to update a quote is to delete it and resubmit it. However, as you pointed out, there is a bug where we are not allowing you to resubmit quotes that have the exact same loan terms as the quote you deleted. We are working on a fix for this issue.Thank you for the feedback!Nate
Gregorio is right. We do show your profile information on the quotes borrowers see, but we are not showing to the lenders when they are signed in. We decided to use the space on the left hand side of the page to show you navigation tools instead since your profile does not change very often. Like Gregorio said, if you copy the URL of one of your quotes, sign out, and then paste the URL back into the browers, you should see your profile next to your quote. If you want to update your profile, simply go to the My Zillow tab and click the edit link next to Contact Information. Thanks,Nate
Peter,Are you asking that we require lenders to enter the county in their quote, or that we display the county information of the borrower in the loan request details? We have been asked by others to show the county as well as the ZIP in the loan request details. Thanks,Nate
Sorry about the outage. We were updating our site with some new features (free rate widgets, co-branding, and badges) and the quoting was down at that time.It should be back up now. Please let us know if you are still having problems. Thanks,Nate
How do I get my profile to show on my lender quote off to the left of the page?
