They're just wonderful!! They answer all my questions and help me step by step on everything I need it to do for my short sale. They sent emails every week to let me know how my sale was going and called when there was something important to tell me. I'm just very happy with their work.

I got in touch with Nathan from recommendations and he made the problem go away. Nathan and his colleague Steve took the reins on the short sale process- they reached the banks immediately, communicating with me every step of the way and Nathan personally called to check in with me once a week. Nathan and Steve kept the buyers engaged through the process as well, and I was proud/relieved/grateful when we came to the closing table and sold the house.
Nathan and his firm are a class act. I would recommend them to any new buyer, seller or folks frustrated with lower quality experiences.…More Less
