From our first contact with Nathan, through Zillow, he was extremely helpful. We had come in contact with many agents at various open houses, but Nathan won us over immediately by conforming to our schedule, not his. His hours of operation are NOT M-F, 9-5. He was available whenever we needed him- evenings, Sundays, etc. (We'd like to now apologize to his family!) As first time buyers, his knowledge and experience was calming. As finicky as we were about the properties we saw, his patience was appreciated. And since the closing, he has continued to check in with us to see how everything is going.…More Less

In terms of selling our townhouse Nathan had great advice for staging and had recommended painting a few of the rooms. We took his advice and made the minor changes. He also helped us understand the local real estate market and what would be an accurate listing price, and what the home would sell for after the negotiating process. Again, Nathan's advice was very accurate. Our townhouse was under contract after 4 days on the market, and we received a good price that was approximately what Nathan had predicted. We were extremely happy.
Nathan also does the intangibles very well. He was always very responsive to us, in fact, he often was proactive and would reach out to us just to check in. He was always availabe for face to face, or via phone whichever we preferred. He also has a great team that works with him including Steve who handles all the documents behind the scenes. Since we are busy people we enjoyed that his team is "tech savy" and most of the documents could be signed electronically using docusign without the need to be physically present. This was especially helpful in the negotiating process. Nathan was just an all around pleasure to work with and if we ever have to go through this process again we would definitely chose to go through it with Nathan.…More Less
