How do I search for owner financed homes in the Greater Orlando and Central Florida on your website?
I don't believe you can search for just owner financed home on Zillow. Your best bet is to get in touch with an agent in the local area who has experience with owner financed homes. I'd be glad to help if you like. Have a nice evening.Nathan Tutas
We have the flexibility to relocate anywhere in the state of Florida. How do we find an agent?
You would probably be best served to figure out where it is that you want to live and in which city and then work with an agent who knows that city well. Otherwise you'd be sort of spinning your wheels and wasting a lot of time for all involved. Best of luck to you.
Rent or Buy Orlando, FL
You are correct, there are pros and cons to both and the answer really depends on you and your situation. If you buy a home and then charge roommates rent you will put yourself in a great financial position. If your job did relocate you then you could become a landlord and just have another roommate move in and pay rent as well. That way you have them paying your mortgage for you and you can build your own wealth. Great idea long term in my opinion. That also allows you to capitalize on the fact that you are buying while the market is down and when the market is up you'll be able to acquire a bunch of appreciation on the home. There are always risks involved with owning a rental that way because sometimes tenants don't take care of your home the way you would, however if you're there (living in the home) many of those risks can be mitigated. If I were you I'd buy and go ahead and start making a good financial future for yourself. If you need any help I'd be glad to provide more info. Have a great day.
Is it a buyers or sellers market near Winter Haven Florida?
It's a big time seller's market all over Central Florida right now. I would take the counter offer if I were you. There are multiple offers on almost everything right now and things are selling for more than listed price in many cases. Best of luck.
sell a house, buy a new one, using the money you get from the one you are selling?
This can be done. However, in a market where the inventory is so low, it's a safe bet a seller would choose to accept a more straight forward offer. Not that it can't be done, it probably can. But it certainly won't be easy so you'll need to exercise patience. And your agent will need to know what he's doing and be patient as well. Best of luck to you.Nathan Tutas

Homepath fraud? Can this happen?
I would have worded it a bit gentler, but Ron is absolutely right. There is nothing I've heard in your explanation that is fraudulent nor unethical. A real estate is bound by law to present all offers to the seller (in this case the bank or it's asset manager). The banks will not accept an offer until their addenda are signed and ratified by both parties. If you don't have that contract and addenda signed by the bank you never had a contract and they were open to receive higher offers. If you love the house I would raise your price. I'm not saying it doesn't suck because it does. I just don't think, in my opinion, that anyone has done anything illegal or unethical. Your agent should know this stuff if they've sold any foreclosures at all. I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, but I'm pretty sure you don't have a case. Best of luck to you.
