Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Hillsboro, OR.
Nathan patiently waited as we considered buying, changed our minds, looked again, dragged our feet, looked some more and finally decided. He showed us numerous homes over nearly a year.
Once we decided to buy our new home, he kept us informed of the process steps, communicating regularly with the builder/seller, mortgage company and title company. He made the very complicated process easy.

Buying a house is tough sometimes. In my case it was quite a bit of chaos. Nathan went way beyond to help me find a great place. He fought for me and he made a huge difference. Whenever I had questions, worries etc. he was there to talk. I can with any reservations recommend Nathan: he is a hard working honest agent. Without him I would have been in trouble. He was patient and always honest. His knowledge is vast and again, I think most importantly he is always on his client's side.
I highly recommend Nathan as he is honest, effective and very responsive. He helped us sell our home while we were out of state. He handled the whole process in a professional manner. We set expectations from the beginning and the process went exactly as planned and on schedule He also helped to arrange and carry out modifications to our house to meet buyer requirements. We are very happy we chose Nathan to help with the sale of our house.
Nathan was always very prompt and the fastest person to ever get back in touch with me with answers to my questions; regardless of what the question was. When obstacles became apparent, he tackled them in ways that would make any football coach proud. He was up-front and honest throughout and maintained a calm demeanor except when his demeanor needed to be... higher intensity... in the tackling of obstacles. Not only do I highly recommend Nathan, I have already recommended him during the time between my home purchase and writing this review.

Nathan alleviated any misgivings I had about the ominous task of selling a home. He took the time to explain the process and provided knowledgeable guidance every step of the way. He was always quick to respond to questions and issues. In addition, Nathan demonstrated tremendous flexibility in dealing with our family situation.
Nathan was truly instrumental in the negotiations for the sale offering viable options. He worked effectively, efficiently and promptly. The end result was a quick and easy sale with a far greater outcome than I expected going into the process. I highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking for a Realtor.

Nathan was brought into the process during the negotiation phase. His depth of knowledge and network of professionals he can call on to gather information was extremely helpful. Bank of America made every aspect of the transaction very painful. Original close date was march 15th, Due to BoA's bungling, lack of due diligence closing did not occur until May. During this time Nathan did an excellent job of providing guidance and proactively working all angles in an effort to blunt BoA Nefarious plans. Nathan was able to provide advice and guidance that allowed me to remain serene and patient during this time. If Nathan is this good during a difficult closing think of how awesome he will be during a normal closing. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking to purchase property in Oregon. Normally Real estate agents are like Car Salesman to me, i do not like dealing with them nor will i return to work with them in the future. Nathan is going to get repeat business from me, he is personable, highly responsive and proactive in all of the issues that i experienced in my transaction
We have been working with Nathan for over one year. He has been extremely helpful for two that are very difficult customers. I feel there is nothing harder for a someone to help someone that does not know what they want, which was us. Nathan started out with the very few criteria we wanted and from taking notes and learning what we liked and didn’t like Nathan helped us narrow down out search. When we were concerned with the economy and resale value, Nathan was well informed on the current economic conditions and the Portland Market. He was extremely helpful in keeping us up to date on our offer status and the entire process after determining the house we wanted to buy. I highly recommend Nathan to anyone that is looking for a home.

I would recommend Nathan Neubauer as a great person to sell your home. I found him to be professional, straight forward and direct, yet tactful, informative and he did what he said he would do.
I had lived in my home for 50 years and had no idea what selling a home entailed, and because it was an old house, much needed to be done. Nathan had good contacts for making the necessary repairs and handled that for me, as well. All went smoothly because he was proactive and good at getting things done.
He guided me through the process step by step, encouraged me when I was having a hard time, made me laugh when things were frustrating and explained things clearly.
I would gladly recommend him to my friends, knowing they would be in good hands.

Nathan is a fantastic realtor and person! Being first time home buyers, my wife and I knew nothing about the process. Nathan walked us through everything and made sure we understood each step and what to expect as we proceeded through the home buying process.
Nathan listened to what we wanted and always had our best interests in mind as we viewed homes. Once we found the house we wanted (bank owned), Nathan was able to work with the bank and kept us updated through the entire process. I always felt like we were in good hands.
I have recommended Nathan to several friends and will continue to do so because I trust his knowledge and expertise and his level of service is outstanding.
