Jim explained the benefits of refinancing. He informed me of the closing costs that would be involved and also let me know that I would save some money on my monthly P&I payment. We have refinanced through National Bank of KC twice in the last year. We are very pleased with our experiences. Matt Palmer has amazing customer service skills, and is always super prompt in replies to all our emails and questions. We were hesitant to deal with a bank without being able to sit with someone in person, but were really surprised how easy he made the process.

Jason is amazingly good at what he does. He was referred to us by our agent. What other banks couldn't or wouldn't do Jason succeeded at doing. I HIGHLY recommend him for anyone looking for a home loan. This was our first buying experience and honestly can say it was a FABULOUSLY EASY process thanks to him. If your bank won't give you what you want call Jason. It can't hurt to shop around but it will hurt if you don't. He helped my family achieve our dream of owning a home, which by the way is more than we could've dreamed of owning. We now own a BEAUTIFUL home that we thought we could've only dreamed of owning.
