Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $350K in El Cajon, CA.
During the process of buying out first home, Nawar was always there for us making sure he understood exactly what we were looking for and he found it. He made the process very easy for us, and made sure everything was in order so nothing went wrong! I will recommend Nawar to all my family and friends.

I highly recommend Nawar to anyone needing an agent. Nawar helped me through my recent purchase from start to finish and was helpful and knowledgeable during all phases. Perhaps one of his best strengths was his guidance and pro-activeness towards reviewing documentation before giving it to me, allowing him to be prepared for any of my questions. If I have the opportunity to use Nawar again, I will gladly do so.
