    Bought a Single Family home in 2004 in Katonah, NY.
    we dealt with Nelson a while ago to purchase our home in an area that was unfamiliar to us.

    Nelson educated us the the area and wrked with our ideas for a home

    we have friends in the biz and wud still recommend Nelson over them

    Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $1.35M in Katonah, NY.
    Nelson Salazar is the Terminator of realtors. He just won't stop, he is driven. Nelson has helped us buy or sell on 4 different occasions, and in every case he went above and beyond the call of duty - even helping us rearrange living room furniture on his day off so our property would show better. I cringe when I think of anyone in the Katonah/Bedford area doing business with anybody other than Nelson. It will cost them in the end, and will no doubt be more stressful than it needs to be - unless they use Nelson.…More Less
