Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Southwest, Reno, NV.
Sandra helped us through a very complex short sale that took over 9 months to close. Up until the last day we weren't sure everything was going to come together but now we are in our 6 person family is in our dream home in our target neighborhood and we already had a significant amount of equity! Sandra showed us a lot of homes that might have worked for us. When she showed us this home we were a bit hesitant because we were told that it had a 2nd and the listing agent wasn't particularly encouraging but the home was perfect so we went for it. We later found out that there were 3 mortgages, 7 liens, and very reluctant tenant. 9 challenging and nail-biting months later we finally closed. Sold a home in 2012.
Sandra was simply amazing in every way. In a very down market, she had six offers for the property being sold the first day it was listed on the MLS. We went over the choices and selected a couple. The first choice sailed through escrow in 30 days. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandra to anyone with real estate needs in the Fernley, Nevada area or surrounds.
Sandra took care of making sure the property had water, power, was cleaned up and showed well - all long distance for me, an out-of town seller. I could not be happier with the service she provided and would heartily recommend her to anyone who inquired of me.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Fernley, NV.
Sandra and I went through a short sale together, even with the ups and downs over a year or so period Sandra still maintained her patience and help. Sandra went way beyond what she was required to do, made phone calls, held my hand took every phone call no matter what time, and I was in the eastern part of the US during most of the time, but most important she helped make a distressing time a somewhat bearable. I really can't say enough of what Sandra is capable of, whether it be a sale of a house or a short sale, Sandra is the realtor with a triple gold star.
