We contacted Sandra because she had a house listed that we wanted to look at. It was already under contract.Sandra offered to show us other houses in the area. The listing realtor on the home we chose to make an offer on was very difficult to say the least. Sandra and I stuck to it, fought back when needed and we closed on the house at $8000 under appraisal! Sandra was professional right from the start which was a welcome change from the last realtor we used (we didn't know about Sandra at that point) to sell our previous home. Sandra was always there for questions or promptly returned our calls. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandra and will probably use her for more deals.
