Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Savannah, GA.
We were out of town buyers and we could not have asked for a more helpful realtor. Traci's knowledge of the Savannah area was a huge asset as well as her willingness to spend a large amount of time with us, looking at many different areas of Savannah. She made the entire process very pleasant and we are so excited about our new home!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $450K in Savannah, GA.
We have sold and purchased several homes through the years. The Realtors have all seemed to have only one goal and that was to collect their fee as quickly as possible. Our interests did not appear to be the most important factor. My opinion of Realtors could not have been any lower.
We listed our home with Traci Amick in October of 2011. From the very beginning we were treated with the utmost of professionalism. Traci marketed our home better then our greatest expectations. Even with the Real Estate market in a slump she was able to bring a large number of potential buyers to view our home. It took a year of showings and a pair of offers but we were finally matched with a buyer for our home.
Then we were given a very short time frame to find a new home. No problem! Traci was able to find us the perfect home and what would have seemed a very hectic transition turned out to be smooth sailing.
Both Traci Amick and Joyce Elzey ( her very reliable and professional partner ) were a pleasure to work with. Joyce handled all the clerical work and Traci the Listing, showing, and selling.
While I hope never to have to buy or sell a home again, if I do, I would only have to call Traci and my worries would be over.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Savannah, GA.
Traci Amick and her assistant, Joyce, were excellent in helping us sell our home. We tried off and on for several years to sell our home but when we needed to sell because of a job relocation, Traci and Joyce understood our desperate need to get it sold - even in a terrible market.
They were prompt in responding back when we needed to call/text/email them with a question. We had a steady amount of buyers coming through to look at our house but Joyce and Traci were great at giving us ample notice and working the showing into our schedule.
Once we got a contract on our house, there were issues on the buyers end with getting everything closed on time before we had to move across the country and, I believe, Joyce and Traci were absolutely the reason why we did close on time. I'm not sure if it would have closed on our time schedule if we'd been using any of the other realtors that we've worked with in the past.
I would highly recommend Traci to anyone who was looking to buy or sell. She and her team are very professional but also very personal in their customer service. They make a real effort to understand your needs and to be honest with what you can expect from the experience.

Sold a home in 2013.
We were very pleased using Traci for the sale of our home. She presents her self well, with tremendous knowledge of both existing and new homes in our area. Very dependable, and responds very quickly to emails and messages. She is extremely pleasant to work with and shows the client's best interest.
I would recommend any one looking for a new home or listing a home to talk to her.
You too will be very pleased!!
We found her partner, Joyce, to be just as great as Traci with the same values in this business.

Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I have been looking for a new home for a couple of years and Traci would not give put until we were happy. She patiently worked with us and showed us pros and cons of each house. Once we found a home we loved Traci and Joyce did everything they could to make the buying process smooth. I would highly recommend Traci's team to help find your next home.

Traci is a real pro and have the ability to truly understand what your needs are and ensures they are met at every step in the process. She is proactive, tireless and her experience in this area are invalueable. If you are making a move whether it is listing or buying, I highly recommend having her on your team.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Bloomingdale, GA.
We were already using Zillow to market our home but Traci did a great job of enhancing and expanding our presence online. From start to finish her and her associates (especially Joyce) handled the complete process with expert knowledge and professionalism rarely seen in today's real estate market.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Savannah, GA.
We have worked with Traci on a number of transactions over the years and have always been completely satisfied. Traci offers valuable insight on ways to make homes appealing to buyers. She also provides helpful points to consider when evaluating a home for purchase. Traci has an excellent understanding of the Savannah market which allows both her selling and buying clients to make informed decisions. Traci is always willing to share her time and expertise, but in those rare circumstances when she is unavailable, Joyce and the other members of her team are willing to assist.

Traci is awesome! We first met her in 2005, and when we were finally ready to relocate to Savannah in 2012, she was there every step of the way. We love our new home, and cannot imagine having done this without Traci being a part of it.

TRACI AMICK, and JOYCE ELLZEY are professionals. We had to move our mother closer to Atlanta and through their efforts we were able to secure the sale a little over a month fron the first ( and only) listing. We encountered several issues that they were able to resolve through a win-win approach.
