Losing our home of over 33 years, was stressful, to say the least. Faridoon (Fred) Lodin patiently explained the Short Sale procedure. He then kept us informed & consistently reassured us throughout the entire process, even when the Bank might cause unnecessary delays or lose important documents. This served to calm our nerves & greatly reduce the stress. I am the type to ask a lot of questions & require proof of every statement made to me, regarding any important process I may be involved with - Fred never seemed annoyed with me, but would patiently explain each document or notice we might receive. We were never rushed or ever felt undue pressure during the entire process . Fred delivered on every single promise he made to us. My wife and I are very pleased with Fred's entire organization, Alliance Bay Realty, and would enthusiastically recommend their services!
