We have used Jason Kiffe at Nexgen twice. Both times with excellent results. Jason was responsive and considerate about our inquiries and concerns. We enjoyed our exchanges with Jason, both telephonically and via email. With his help, the process was quick and painless. I'd recommend Jason to anyone I know who is interested in a refi. Nexgen Home Finance was started in 2004 by Jason Kiffe and Leyla Sharifi.  Their intent was to offer an alternative to the unethical and inexperienced advice that was growing rampant as a result of various lenders hiring without any training or mortgage education.  They felt that good financial advice should come from people who not only study, but also live a fiscally responsible life.
