Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Arvada, CO.
We selected Nick to help sell our home in Arvada. We loved his attention to detail and thorough review of both our home and the area comps. He did not disappoint. His network of realtors in the area had prospective buyers lined up to view the house before we even published the listing. We sold before the sign ever made it up in the front of the house - and for well above our listing price. Nick was fantastic and walked us through the pros and cons of every offer and helped us pick the absolute best case scenario.
We recommended Nick to a friend two months later, and Nick delivered once again with a ton of showings and a quick close.
He is very personable and will not leave you to deal with other people in his office. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the Denver area.

Nick was hired by my Mother to sell the home that she had lived in for almost 50 years. This was a very stressful and emotional decision and Nick was amazing with his patience, communication and knowledge of the market, guiding her quickly step by step through the process from preparing to list her home through closing. Her home sold as he predicted the first weekend above asking price! She was and is thrilled with Nick's wisdom and performance, as am I. We would strongly recommend Nick to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home!

Nick helped us buy our first home and we couldn't be happier. Before finding Nick through a friends referral we had to let go of another realtor, so we knew what we didn't want. We were extremely happy with our decision and found Nick to be incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to work for us to find our perfect first home. Nick's experience and knowledge of the market was extremely helpful.

Nick is a driven and enthusiastic realtor who looks out for his clients. Being an out-of-state seller, I needed someone to manage the entire process for me. Not only did Nick do this with ease, the property was listed and sold within 3 week at above asking price.

To whom it may concern,
I wanted to take a moment to describe what an amazing and fun experience it was to buy our first home with Nick Dembeck. My husband and I are in our early twenties and the thought of buying our first house was very intimidating. We have been saving for a year and had a certain price range of what we wanted our started home to be. After weeks of talking about what we would like and what we could live without, we finally took the plunge and requested information on a home in Centennial, CO. I received a call soon after and we set our first appointment to meet.
When we reached the home, Nick was at the door to greet us warmly. He introduced himself and welcomed us in to explore the house. Nick was asking about our wants and needs and what step of the progress we were at. While we were looking at this particular home, Nick won our trust over by pointing out things that would need to be fixed, things that we knew nothing about. When we left after our first meeting, my husband and I were very excited about the buying process knowing that we have someone looking out for us.
A few weeks of looking, we were in constant contact with Nick. He sent us emails on houses that fit our ideal home. When we apologized for being so picky he said, “My goal is to help you two find a home, not a house. And we will do that no matter how long it takes!” We went on to look at ones that we picked. Then my husband found the one. Nick was very accommodating when we wanted to show my husband’s parents the house, and then another visit to show my parents. We ended up buying the house and Nick prepared us as well as anyone could. He set the expectations and when something unexpected came up, he explained the situation thoroughly.
A few days after we bought our home, Nick checked in on us. Even on Christmas, three months later, we received a Christmas card. Then to top it off, Nick sent us papers with a note on it stating that these papers will be the ones we will need for taxes! I am so glad that Nick was the person to reach out to us and help us reach our goal of finding a home. I will openly and gladly recommend anyone to Nick because of the great experience we had buying our first home. Thank you!

My husband and I recently worked with Nick to purchase a home in Colorado. He was extremely organized, prompt, attentive, and responsive. We appreciated the quick feed back, and his willingness to meet us whenever we found a property we were interested in. When we first sat down with Nick we had recently left working with another realtor. Nick took time to listen to our frustrations, and made a list of specific items we were looking for in houses. He compiled a search with those top items and from there we began scheduling appointments to view the homes. While we were searching for a new home, we were waiting for another property to close. Nick was extremely patient as the process was delayed a few times, ultimately delaying us from putting in an offer in on a new home. I'd recommend Nick to anyone looking to purchase a home.
Nick Dembeck has been the best Realtor I've ever worked with. He is always on time to every appointment, he answer phones call immediately, unless he's with a client in which he promptly returns every call. He is very active and responds quickly to every email. Then the most important attribute to his talent as a Realtor is he listens carefully to what it is I am looking for and gives his advice and expertise in a very relevant way.
I cannot say enough positive about Nick. This home was purchased long distance (full time resident South Carolina) and all business was carried out via telephone, email and text messages. Not only is Nick incredibly professional and knowledgeable but he is the most personable realtor I have worked with in my adult life (and there have been many experiences). This home was purchased as a result of a very difficult and painful personal situation. Nick took this into account from all perspectives and guided my wife and I through the process. I did make the mistake of utilizing a loan originator and loan processor local to my geographic area. I will not make this mistake again and would highly recommend utilizing the ancillary services Nick recommends. Should anyone in my family have need for a realtor in the future, there is no question Nick will be that person.
