Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125k in Deltona, FL.

Summary:

Nick was the best agent I have ever dealt with. His knowledge of the local area and how the process worked was impressive. He responded to all our questions almost immediately, and if he didn't know the answer he would find the answer and get back to us, in a very timely manner. Nick would go the extra step to get to the bottom of a issue to get it resolved. He was always working with and for us to get the sale completed by the closing date. He is a true professional in his field. I will request his services again when I sell the house, cause we know Nick will do a great job. I was born and raised in Orlando, FL and have lived in Central Florida for over 40 years. I have a beautiful wife, two beautiful girls and love playing the guitar and spending time with the family.
