I used to work Developer Relations during the market boom a few years ago and still keep up with all the current trends and happenings in the new buildings.  I have many reoccurring clients some of which have written reviews for me, many who haven't. 

I use the newest technologies to communicate with my clients and keep them up to date on what is happening in their areas of interest and where they have purchased from me in the past. 

I am one of those 24/7 type guys with a Ritz Carleton service mentality when it comes to servicing my listings and taking care of my clients.  I was in the Hospitality Industry for years before I became a Realtor and have brought much of that with me.  I have a plethora of information to share if you ask me and if I don't know I'll get you the right answer ASAP.

When I'm not working with or for my clients I can be found in random waterways, bays, and in the ocean on one of my stand-up paddle boards between Fort Lauderdale and the Florida Keys.  I started racing competitively this season in the Elite 14 foot class.  It takes a lot of drive, motivation, and dedication to compete just like it takes to be a great Realtor.  My other passion is food and people so every chance I get I cook up a storm for my friends and family, compete in cooking competitions, explore local markets, and give back by helping people with their dietary related issues.

Nick is exactly the type of person I like dealing with, when I first met him a year ago, I explained my situation and how I needed to relocate immediately with my dog. Within 24 hours, he sent me a handful of properties that met my needs, and what I appreciate is his response time when I have a question, or in my case when the washer drier in my unit began to fail...nick manages my property and within 72 hours a brand new washer/drier was delivered and installed...THAT, is great service (treats you like family!) and I would highly recommend Nick to anyone in the hunt for a new property or as a property manager.

Nick, thanks for the great advice, service and follow up. It took us a while to find the right investment that matched our requirements but Nick stayed the course and made sure he kept our best interests at heart. All our dealings with Nick were done remotely but that did not matter as he was extremely professional, honest and helpful. Even after we did the deal, Nick kept in touch with us at all times and helped to manage all the work that was needed to get the apartment ready for tenants. Nick called and arranged for all contractors and sent photos on how the work was progressing. This was highly appreciated and showed us the commitment Nick has to his job and, more importantly, to his clients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nick to anyone who is serious in looking to purchase in Miami  More Less

Sold a home in 2012 in Brickell, Miami, FL 33131.

Nick help us buy properties in Jade and Icon for a great prices. He made certain we made the best decisions and buy the right condos for our investments. We even met with him in Brasil last time he was in Rio and he showed us many photos and even videos he made only for us. His Portuguese is better then my English, is why we did't make a better review. Nick is the best! Language doen't matter when you have trust. Nick knows what to do, he is very smart, and he is very strong at real estate. We and our friends only want to use him as our realtor now.
