Bought a home in 2011.
My girlfriend and I used Nick as our realtor when we bought our house, and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He was very patient with us, as we had looked at a lot of houses. I felt like other realtors would have gotten frustrated with my girlfriend and I but he didn't. He is very professional, and does everything he can to help you find the perfect house. His knowledge of the industry is very impressive and beneficial. I can't say it enough, my girlfriend and I were very thankful to have Nick as our realtor. Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Wissinoming, Philadelphia, PA.
I was very impressed with Mr Syvestro's knowlege and expertise in the Real Estate Business especially when I contacted him to list my property. Mr. Sylvestro knew the area and neighborhood well enough, to sell my property with ease and confidence, that I did not have to worry that my property would not sell!!To my surprise, my property sold within 6 months!!!!! Mr.Sylvestro answered all my questions on a timely matter and at anytime I needed something immediate and he was always available no matter what time day or evening.
During settlement, a situation arised from the buyers mortgage company, that almost stopped the sale of my home. To my surprise, Mr Sylvestro picked up the phone immediately, made a few phone calls, and BEHOLD, fixed the problem.
My property was sold, all papers signed!!!
