Bought a home in 2011.
My girlfriend and I used Nick as our realtor when we bought our house, and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He was very patient with us, as we had looked at a lot of houses. I felt like other realtors would have gotten frustrated with my girlfriend and I but he didn't. He is very professional, and does everything he can to help you find the perfect house. His knowledge of the industry is very impressive and beneficial. I can't say it enough, my girlfriend and I were very thankful to have Nick as our realtor. If you're looking for a realtor I highly recommend you to use Nick.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Wissinoming, Philadelphia, PA.
I was very impressed with Mr Syvestro's knowlege and expertise in the Real Estate Business especially when I contacted him to list my property. Mr. Sylvestro knew the area and neighborhood well enough, to sell my property with ease and confidence, that I did not have to worry that my property would not sell!!To my surprise, my property sold within 6 months!!!!! Mr.Sylvestro answered all my questions on a timely matter and at anytime I needed something immediate and he was always available no matter what time day or evening.
During settlement, a situation arised from the buyers mortgage company, that almost stopped the sale of my home. To my surprise, Mr Sylvestro picked up the phone immediately, made a few phone calls, and BEHOLD, fixed the problem.
My property was sold, all papers signed!!!
I would refer ANYONE to Mr Sylvestro!!! He was very honest, kind and very informative,and above all, a excellent Realtor especially with his skills, that the sale of my home was finialized.!! He made me feel confortable and Thank You Mr Sylvestro.!!

Sold a home in 2011.
Mr Sylvestro has been our Real Estate Agent for many years. We have bought & sold many properties over the years, as recent as this year with Mr Sylvestro. We have found that he has great intergrity, and is one of the most honest Realtors that we have come across. We found his negotiation skills impeccable.
