Bought a Apartment home in 2012 in South Scottsdale, Scottsdale, AZ.
Nicole sold my husband and I three condo's in Scottsdale. We are out of state owners and we needed an agent who recognized our needs and kept in touch with us whenever a condo that met our requirements came on the market.
She has also listed our rental properties and has been successful in finding qualified renters.
Nicole has made it possible for us to turn things over to her so that it isn't necessary for us to fly to Arizona as many times. We even bought one property sight unseen, because of the confidence we have in her.
We are extremely grateful for all that she has done for us and would highly recommend her to any one who needs a very honest agent that has your best interest at heart.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Sun City, AZ.
From an investor's perspective, Nicole Brixey is very, very good at what she does. Knowledgeable, hard working, she is willing to go the extra mile to help and stay connected to her clients. We were able to purchase two properties this year with Nicole's help. One was from an estate, one was a short sale. Both somewhat complicated, each went without a hitch. She earned our trust during our first visit and we continue to regard her as a great AZ real estate investment resource.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in El Mirage, AZ.
We worked with an agent named Kelly. Unfortunatley I can't remember her last name but the only word I can think of to describe her is FABULOUS !!!!! She went way out of her way to see that we got our home {notice I said home not house} this place is our home and we finally found our home thanks to Kelly. She waited for money and was very sympathetic of the fact that we lived so far away {Golden Valley.Az.}close to Kingman. We talkedover the phone many times.I thought at times she would think, "oh my god it's that Mr.Evans again", but she was always very kind and very professional . Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $225K in Maricopa, AZ.
We were looking for our first house and needed guidance in a couple directions and Nicole definitely helped us figure out our needs. We are very happy with our purchase and will forever own this home.
