Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Bay Terraces, San Diego, CA.
Well my sister bought a house 4 years ago and used Nicole as an agent, this year i bought a house and used Nicole as an agent the transaction went smoothly no delays. Nicole is very knowledgeable of what she does, i highly recommend her to my friends and families. If you use Nicole for an agent you WILL NOT be disappointed. Thanks Nicole for smooth sailing.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Ocean Beach, San Diego, CA.
After two years of unsuccesful attempts at loan modification, I decided to sell. Nicole was referred to me by a close friend of mine. I had to pursue a short sale and was very intimidated by the process as I knew zero about it. From the first conversation with Nicole, I knew I had found the right person to help me navigate this maze. Nicole is a wealth of information and had all the answers for me. She is very warm and caring and I felt like she was really on my side. If Nicole didn't have an answer, she would use her extensive resources to find the answer quickly. She partners with someone who specializes in short sales who was also nothing short of amazing. Nicole was extremely patient with my endless questions and was always extremely honest with me. It is because of Nicole and her resources in short sales that I was approved by my lender and closed on my short sale just last week. This has been such a long and exhausting journey and it is all thanks to Nicole that I can now put this behind me. I thanked my lucky stars every day during this process that I had found her to help me through this process. I STRONGLY recommend Nicole to handle your real estate needs. She is stellar in what she does and just a really great person on top of it! You will not be disappointed.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $175K in East Lake I, Chula Vista, CA.
Nicole Knudtson during our almost 6 months period of numerous appointments searching and visiting lots of prospective houses proved undoubtly to be a friendly, patient,dedicated and knowledgeable agent.
We waited a while to close the purchase of a condo because it was a short sale. She assisted us in every step of the way.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $600K in Sabre Springs, San Diego, CA.
We purchased a home in June 2012 in the Poway area. Nicole has a web-site that was tailored to our needs. Our "needs" were close to Torrey Pines, HOA less then $200 per month, age of home 1999 +, 4 bedrooms, and <$600,000. After looking at some areas, we began to exclude areas and went via zip code. This allowed us to look at homes and narrow our search. By in large we were able to find our home in less then three weeks. Nicole was able to facilate a lender and allowed us to close the paperwork within 2-3 weeks of the offer. I would highly recommed Nicole. OK, one more complexity. We live in the SF bay area, and thus able to communicate with Nicole via e-mail, text, so to modify our search criteria and make one flight down to find our home.
