Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $600K in Westford, MA.
We were extremely impressed and pleased with the job performed by Nicole. We highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor. We narrowed our search to Acton and Westford. Nicole is more familiar with Acton, however, she did every bit of research necessary to make us comfortable with learning about the Westford areas we were considering. Her time was well spent as we ended up buying a house in one of these areas. We always got returned phone calls and emails within the day, most within a few hours or less. Nicole was extremely professional and integral in getting my house on the market and sold in a relatively short amount of time! She has a good eye for aesthetic, and knows a lot about how to pitch a house in and honest and captivating way. Nicole has attained extensive knowledge of the area, and has worked extremely hard cultivating relationships with other agents in which allows for great working relationships when buying and selling homes. She is determined to get the most for her clients for the least amount when buying, and the highest amount for her clients when selling. She is the most thorough agent with whom I have worked. She goes into great detail with all her deals so that nothing is missed during the transaction. I was extremely impressed with the very thorough and detailed value assessment she provided for our home. She is conscientious towards your needs and wants in her work in finding you the perfect house for you. Buying/selling a home can be a very stressful proposition.
