Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Hollywood Lakes, Hollywood, FL.
Nicole provided excellent service. Always quick to respond and able to provide some valuable local market insight. House sold within a month of being listed at a fair price. Nicole was able to help with staging advice. Worked with the buyer's agent to come to a fast agreement on the selling price. Finally Nicole even acted as our power of attorney at the closing when we couldn't be present. If we're lucky enough to come back to Florida we know who we'll use again.Thank you Nicole.

I would highly recommend working with Nicole.
As a first time Florida homebuyer, I could not have been happier with Nicole’s attention to detail and expert advice. Her knowledge of the complicated real estate market and ability to guide me into making the right decision was perfect for me. I am thrilled with the condo I purchased as well as the price point. Nicole is an expert in the real estate field and also has an extensive network of people to leverage (title companies, lawyers, etc.). I will definitely be working with Nicole again as well as refer her to my friends and family.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Hollywood Lakes, Hollywood, FL.
Nicole was very responsive from the beginning which is much more than I can say for other local agents. She was extremely patient with us as first time home buyers and probably looked at 20-30 properties. The property we ultimately purchased met all of our criteria and Nicole did an excellent job of managing the seller's agent, who was difficult and disrespectful. i would definitely use Nicole again.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 in Boynton Beach, FL.
My fiancé and I began the search for our first home in October of 2010 and found Nicole through Zillow. During our first meeting Nicole stated that “I promise that I will find you your dream home and will not rest until we are sitting at the closing table.” We left that day knowing that there couldn’t possibly be another real estate professional in the area as emotionally invested and dedicated to making our dream a reality.
I am obsessively compulsive by nature and life decisions as mundane as choosing between regular or multigrain cheerios have been known to involve cell phone research and impromptu cereal aisle focus groups. You can therefore imagine the amount of time and effort that was devoted to the purchase of my first home. I can honestly say that Nicole was on the receiving end of literally thousands of questions and never once did I get the impression that she was too busy to field my emails or calls. Nor did I sense even the slightest semblance of frustration when I declined to move forward on any of the dozens of properties we saw together.
Our property search stretched over three months and three counties and never once did Nicole waver from the promise delivered during our first meeting. We found our dream house and I can happily say that I am writing this review from the home I plan on raising a family in. I would not be sitting where I am without Nicole and can truthfully say that she is not only my real estate professional for life but also my friend.

She was really good at helping me plan and prepare and it was like having a best friend that was my realtor, too! I am very happy with what she did for me ...

Sold a home in 2011.
I have work 2 times with Nicolle, first time selling my house in Boca Raton, and a few months later I purchased a condo in West Palm Beach.
Both times she has been all you expect from a Real State professional, always available and responsive.
She is the type of person who will understand its clients needs, and trully look out for you as a client, so you know you are in good hands. Wether you are selling or buying.
She will work with you... give you tips and advise all the way trough the process no matter how long in takes until you find what you are looking for.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 in Boynton Beach, FL.
It was such a pleasure working with Nicole! Purchasing a home is a very stressful process however working with Nicole made it a much more pleasant experience. We had very busy schedules during the house hunting process and Nicole was always willing to work around our schedules. She genuinely cared about finding the perfect home for us and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. We always felt like we were her number one priority.

Bought a Condo home in 2007 for approximately $175K in Boca Raton, FL.
Nicole was very knowledgable about the area and I was new to the area so her guidance was paramount to my finding the perfect home. She was able to get to know my tastes and needs almost immediately and saved me so much time as she would only show me homes that she thought would be right for me. She was extremely caring and attentive to my needs and worries as a first time home buyer in a new state. I felt that I could trust her, that she was honest and always working in my best interest. She was always available and took care of every detail. She is direct, a great communicator, and very much goal and action oriented. Her services provided me with everything (and more) than I ever could have expected in a realtor.
Nicole proved to be very professional, organized and very courteous... I felt very comfortable buying my first house in Boca Raton ahead of my move from Canada. She is very knowledgeable regarding schools, communities and the area in general - but is never hesitant to research for details, should she encounter a question "outside of her realm of responsibilities" !!!
