Nil took such wonderful care of my fiancé and I when we were buying our first home recently.
Even before we had moved Nil was already on top of things, finding listings for us and learning more about what we were looking for. Once we moved, she was eager to set up an introductory meeting with us and we immediately felt comfortable working with her, knowing she was on our side and was going to take care of us.
Three days later we met with her on a Saturday morning to go look at some properties. She took a very objective approach, indicating details she noticed about the house, but always allowing us to make the final decision to move on to the next property.
When we finally found a property we were interested in, Nil again pointed out the details and quality of the construction. She guided us through the entire process and we had no hesitation when we made our offer, knowing that Nil was taking care of us and wasn’t going to let us end up in the wrong home. Her encouraging words and enthusiasm from searching all the way to closing made this an easy and enjoyable process.

Nil Varinca helped us selling our town home and buying our new house. She was very helpful every steps of selling and buying a new house. The best things about her, she listened and absorbed everything we said, she noted them not only paper and on her head, even if we forget what we want she reminded us when we made a decision.
She did sold our town home while the new town homes were still building around us. Her marketing ideas helped us to sell in three months, which was the time that all the mortgage market was down. Best of all we did not lose any money while we were selling just because her right move at right time. Also when we are buying the house she was very helpful. Right now if we need to buy a house again, we can just ask Nil to buy us a house and we can just go to closing without hesitating what she picked for us. We are so certain that she knew what we want what we like and what we need.
We did really enjoy while working with Nil. We never felt like we were alone. She was always available and had time for us. She clearly explained everything while we are selling and buying. She is an honest person that we could trust.
