Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Mandarin, Jacksonville, FL.
We had a great experience using Erica Jolles. She is honest, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help her clients. She used her personal and business contacts to spread the word about our home. Erica didn't just treat us like a business client, she treated us like a friend. We ended up renting our home at first because it was the best option for us at the time. She supported us with every decision we made and never pushed us to make a decision we were not comfortable with. When we decided to sell our home a year later, she priced it just right and we were able to sell our home within weeks for a price we were comfortable with.
We highly recommend her without hesitation.

Bought a home in 2013.
I can't say enough good things about Erica. She added real value to the process by knowing the area, handling the process, and representing my interests at every stage. There was none of this dropping the ball or short cutting once the deal was in-hand. She was so far beyond the typical absolute minnimum one usually gets in almost every area these days. I do not dole out praise easily, I have high expectations, especially when the purchase is a house, that said I simply can't recommend her highly enough.

Bought a home in 2013.
Erica recently helped my husband and me buy our first home. She was absolutely wonderful. She was always available to us for questions and worked around our schedules. When it came to making an offer, she was able to negotiate all of our wants into our contract! Erica was recommended to us by our parents and we would definitely refer all of our friends and family looking to buy in the Greater Jacksonville area to her as well! Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Jacksonville, FL.
My husband and I recently downsized, and Erica helped us find and buy a really nice house that met all our specifications. She is extremely professional, focused, attentive, responsive, smart, resourceful, energetic, and lots of fun to work with. If you ask her a question, she gives you her honest opinion, even if her response might not be what you want to hear. One other notable quality is that she's intent on ensuring her buyer's satisfaction. Our highest recommendation: Within weeks of closing on our own new home, we referred our son and his wife to Erica, and she's now helping them buy their first house. Kudos and thanks to Erica for her excellent work.

My other half and I were very pleased with Erica. She was very patient with us while we looked through every house in Jacksonville! Erica also was very flexible with our schedule which was great. After getting to know our likes and dislikes, she had composed a list of houses that she thought that we would like. I have recommened her to a couple friends and I just know they will be pleased as well!

I relocated to Jacksonville with having very little knowledge of the area. It being such a large city, househunting was daunting. Erica was recommended to me by a real estate agent my father knows. I felt at ease with Erica from the first conversation. Having relocated to Jacksoville herself, she understands the anxieties and frustrations that come along with house hunting from a distance. She is very personable and has a lot of knowledge of the area. I never felt any pressure to make a decision and always felt like I was her only client. She helped me to find a house I love and I couldn't be happier.

We feel so lucky that we found Erica! My husband and I were in the process of relocating from Minnesota to Jacksonville. We knew the county we wanted to be in but that was about it. Erica met us at our hotel right after we got off the plane and drove us around to see some different neighborhoods. Once we found the neighborhood we wanted to be in we started house hunting. She spent the whole weekend with us helping us find our dream home. And we did!! Now that we have closed on our home, Erica continues to help me find services that we need in the area. We truly appreciate all of the help she has given us. Erica does a wonderful job connecting with people and sharing her knowledge. She is definitely our realtor for life!
