Norm is very diligent, knowledgable and hard working. He definitely goes above and beyond to do different things that other realtors won't make priority. If you choose him to assist you with your future home needs as myself and my family have, expect immediate follow-up, and timely efficiency. I just cannot say enough great things. He rocks!

Norm is very knowledgeable and reliable. He made us feel like we were his only clients! We are still using Norm as a realtor and will continue as long as needed!! Highly recommended!! A++++

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Sharon, PA.
Norm is an excellent agent with honesty and good knowledge. My husband and I are very much satisfied with the purchase of the house even though the seller was extremely greedy and tried to get as much penny as she could. It was Norm who made up for the extra charge the seller asked, and he let us save money. He never tries to manipulate his customers. He does his best to meet the customers' needs.
We just bought a starter house for not much money, which I believe didn't give him much money. However, he treated us as valuable customers with good support and care.
I know some agents, but he is the best.
I would definitely ask him to be our agent again to sell or buy a house.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $25K in Wheatland, PA.
Norm did an outstanding job from start to finish! He displayed a high level of professionalism while giving a great amount of care in all that he did. He was quick to respond to us and took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the entire purchasing process. I really appreciated his honesty. He pointed out some of the good and bad qualities of the house that I may have missed on my own. He didn't try to hide or disguise any of the negative aspects just to make a sale. For example, he showed us where there had been some fire damage that was above ceiling tiles in the attic. Norm is someone that you can trust and that means a lot. My family and I are grateful that we met him and had him become our friend who was on our side every step of the way. Well done!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $50K in Sharon, PA.
Norm helped us but our house. Me and my husband loved it at first sight. We had been through the run around with another agent and we weren't expecting much but, when norm emailed us the same day and showed us the house on New Year's Day we were surprised. He just kept getting better as the time kept on moving on. It's not even February yet and we should only have 2 weeks until closing. He has texted emailed and called us every step of the way. He is absolutely wonderful person and an even better real estate agent. I'm grateful that he is our agent. I urge you to contact him.
