There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a full-time real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I'm surprised by this review from Mr. Nicodemus. He originally worked w/our Buyer Agent in purchasing a home he had found on the Internet & asked for assistance. We got him the house & the only way the Seller would take the offer was if it was not contingent on a sale of a home. We put his home on the market & it sold in just 25 days! We did advise Mr. Nicodemus to get some repairs done on the house so the home would close quickly to avoid sitting vacant for too long. Did not want to see his home get vandalized, someone did try to steal the AC unit prior to closing, so I'm happy he decided to make all the necessary repairs. My Buyer Agent really enjoyed working with them on their purchase and felt like they developed a good relationship & asked if it was OK if she went to the closing. I said no problem, as long as we all review the figures prior to closing, which we did. We both enjoyed working with Mr. Nicodemus & his wife; he never expressed any dissatisfaction with our service.

Norm was completely awesome. He addressed all of my concerns in a timely mannor and found the perfect house for me in less than a week. I would recommend Norm to anyone looking for a home.
