Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $300K in Concord, NH.
When my husband and I were getting ready to sell our house in Concord to move to Arizona we were nervous in finding a broker as we had two bad experiences with selling other homes in the past. We were on a tight schedule as our house was nearing completion in Arizona and needed to coordinate the closings. Talk about stressful! A friend told us to contact Norris and see what he could do for us. We were so glad we did! He sold our house quickly, with the price we wanted and advised us every step of the way! We moved a couple of days before all the paperwork was finalized and he even made sure that it was waiting for us in Arizona to sign and send back and it was a done deal. His service made us change our minds that not all realtors/brokers are just out for the commission. He really cared that things went smoothly for us and they did. I'd recommend Norris to anyone and everyone!

Sold a home in 2009.
We've known Norris since the early 1980's when we worked together at Global Realty. We had lost touch since the late 1980's and had no contact with one another for years. After our daughter had grown and moved on we decided it was time to make the move we had been planning for years. We hired two real estate agents. One to sell our home in Bedford and one to sell our cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee. Our plan was to sell both, buy a bigger lake house and move to the lake full time. Both agents failed to get the job done. When our listings expired, Norris got in touch with us. Knowing his "can do it" attitude and his reputation for getting things done, we hired him without hesitation. Within two months, both properties sold and he helped us find and negotiate a great deal on our new home on the lake.
Having spent many years in real estate, than several years as a real estate review appraiser, monitoring appraisers throughout the Northeast as a federal employee, I know a lot of real estate people. I can honestly and enthusiastically tell you that Norris is by far the best in the business. His knowledge and understanding, forecast of the market, the value, and the anticipated value of our homes was amazingly accurate. He absolutely did get us the highest price, in the shortest time with the least inconvenience, just like his web site (and he) says, AND, he negotiated hard on our behalf when we bought, getting us the best deal on our new home, and we love it!
Whenever we have friends who are thinking of buying or selling real estate, we always highly recommend Norris.

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2010 in Goffstown, NH.
When we decided to move back from Florida to be closer to our children and grand children, it was a sudden decision. We had actually found the house we wanted to buy and contacted Norris for advice on whether the offer we were considering was a good offer. His response, "yes it's a good offer, good for the seller. Let me research the property and it's market history and get back to you."
Within an hour, we were in his office, writing an offer and ended up paying about 6% less than we were going to offer! His advise saved us thousands of dollars and since we were paying cash and on a fixed income, that meant a lot to us. He even helped find the best agent to sell our home in Florida home for us and helped us and our Florida agent price that home as well.
