Sold a home in 2013.
We do not have enough superlatives to describe our experience of working with Lisa as our listing broker. If you want someone who can perform miracles in a tough market for sellers, look no further than Lisa. She is the most professional, honest and hardworking broker we have ever worked with. She is immediately responsive to texts, emails and phone calls, making herself as available as possible. Her results are astonishing! Previously we had our home on the market for six months using a different broker - with a total of 19 showings in that period. Compare that to Lisa, who relisted our home 3 weeks after that, and who had our house on the market for less than two months - she held three open houses, first open house we had 55 groups come through our home, second open house 16 groups and finally the third we had over 80 groups! Along with that we had multiple showings every week, and numerous second showings, and to top it off we had multiple offers. This is all a result of Lisa's ability to market, her recommendations for strategically pricing our home and her consummate negotiation skills. She also handles all aspects of the sale including working through tough situations with successful strategies to overcome the obstacles. No matter how the market deteriorated in our price range, Lisa continued to exude confidence, refused to give up and assured us she would get our house sold for an acceptable price. If you truly want to sell your house in a short timeframe and you want someone who honestly works to fulfill your goals (not hers) there is no one to select but Lisa. We are convinced that there is no realtor out there who can match her!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Andover, MA.
She worked for me to find a house in Northandover and sell a house in Andover. I was introduced to her by a friend who move out of Methuen. I was suprised when she answered my email at night to say that she remembered my friend and would be able to meet me and go through the house to find out what we could sell it for. Lisa had photographers come and take really nice pictures after we moved things about a bit. I really liked working with her and would do so again.I wasn't fond of the idea of letting people come and go into the house but she made me feel comfortable and she explained all of the reasons why it was important. We had two people wanting to buy our house. She also helped me find a place to rent while we were moving.

Sold a home in 2012.
Lisa held my hand and walked me through each step of a very complicated sale. She was available 24-7 and completed the absolute impossible for me. I will use her for any and all future transactions and will recommend her to all my friends who are entering the buying/selling process. Super analytical and mathematical skills - very empathetic and truly intuitve!

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $275K in Haverhill, MA.
My wife and I have worked with Lisa several times over the past 5 years. We had our first house on the market with another real estate agent for 6 + months with no activity. We transferred to Lisa and she had it sold in 2 weeks. Lisa was also a major factor in the sale of our lake house - again, on the market for quite some time before she offered her help. House was sold in less than 3 weeks.
Lisa is very professional, knowledgable, and very straight forward. Yet she also has a humanistic side that we really appreciated. I highly recommend Lisa for any real estate transactions.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $650K in Andover, MA.
I worked with Lisa over the last several months on the sale of our home. Since this was a short sale, the process was complicated, time consuming and occasionally stressful. Lisa had a wealth of knowledge which she brought to bear during this process with tremendous professionalism. She was also very careful to keep us well-informed at every step. I don't know how we could have gotten through this without her.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $475K in North Andover, MA.
Lisa knocked on my door in the rain one day after I decided not to sell my house. She told me in no uncertain terms that she would and could sell my house. I wasn't interested that day. She kept in touch with me and when my neighbors house went on the market I noticed she was the one to sell it. She helped me find people to clean , people to remove my clutter and someone that I could get to fix odds and ends.
It was overwhelming but she had the right answers at the right times and sold my house for me. She helped me find a condo that fits me much better and is more affordable. I do miss my house but she gave me a beautiful photo book as a keepsake. I have suggested Lisa to other friends and family and would do so again in the future.
