Smooth process and Steve was very knowledgeable. He answered my calls and replied to my emails quickly. He even came out to my office to pick up some paperwork. After hearing from others about refinancing I was ready for a nightmare and instead locked at just the right time and was all done in less than three weeks. Gave me a quote on Zillow, but it did not work out. Lake Villas, Roswell, GA 30076Summary:
Knowledgeable and professional. Competitive pricing. Location was not close or convenient for us. Steve quoted 30-day lock rates and we needed 40-45 days, when he sent us the correct quote it was slightly higher than the one we chose.

Really went the extra mile to work with us in putting together the best package even though he had to work with some patchy spots on my credit history.
