Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Fairfield, CT.

Found a tenant for a Multiple Occupancy home in Shelton, CT.
I was referred to Matt Nuzie in November of 2011..I reside in California, and have (4) properties in Shelton, Connecticut. Since that time , Matt has assisted me with finding quality tenants for three units, and also hellped with many management problems at a condo complex that has lots of problems. I find Matt to be EXTREMELY professional, attentive to details,and always responsive through phone, texts and e mails. I actually met Matt in person last week as I had to be in Ct. for business. Initially, I hired Matt based on a reference from a colleague in the area. I honestly can not say enough positive things about Matt in terms of his efficiency, and his willingness to go the extra mile to do whatever is necessary. Having Matt in my corner has made me much more comfortable in owning rental units that are on the other side of the country, as I know I can count on him when assistance is needed.

...Matt Nuzie is so quick to respond, that I felt like I was his only client....which I know is NOT the case!!.....
He is very knowledgeable about the proerties, area, market...and, has been has hard-working for us to get to the "right' deal, as our attorney has been!
his assistance has been invaluable....... btw,.....after we gave him our guidelines, he stuck to them...and, had numerous properties for us to look at, each time we met with him......
