Found a tenant for a home.
Mark was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available. He did a fabulous job finding us just the right tenants. I would recommend him to anyone and would certainly call him again if I needed an agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Warwick, RI.
We had trouble settling on a buyer’s agent while looking for our first home but after meeting Mark McHugh at an open house, we knew we'd found our agent.
Mark was the most dedicated and down to earth real estate professional we've ever come across. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and timid but Mark was there to guide us through the entire process. He answered my crazy questions whenever then came up. Whether at 9pm or on Sunday... no matter, Mark was there to lean on every step of the way.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Warwick, RI.
Mark had our home under contract in 8 days. We worked with him on the listing price and sold for 96.5% of that listing price. He worked very hard with the 1st time buyers who had lost several previous bids. We were so happy with his services we chose him to represent us on our purchase as well. A professional at keeping all parties on point. We would never use a different RE broker now that we know him!!

Mark assisted in the sale of my mother's home. The moment we met Mark, we knew he was the person we wanted representing us and we were never disappointed. His familiarity with the market and analysis of the comps in our area was spot-on, and his on-line presentation of the house top notch. Subsequently, the home sold in four days for 98% of asking price. He was wonderful with my mother, very patient in assisting her with some of the technicalities of the transaction. He sets a comfortable, friendly, and light tone, without sacrificing an ounce of professionalism. It was a very positive experience for us, and we couldn't recommend him more highly.

As a first-time-homebuyer, I could not have had a better agent than Mark. First and foremost, he made the process fun, which immediately put me at ease. I had tons of questions since this was a new experience for me. He answered all of them clearly and if he didn’t have an answer he made sure he got back to me in a timely manner. I was impressed by how often he anticipated my needs and provided me with the information before I even knew I needed it. I also appreciated Mark’s patience. He never pressured me to make a decision before I was ready. I absolutely trusted his judgment and appreciated his guidance as I negotiated for the house I eventually purchased. Mark listened carefully to what I said I wanted. I felt he knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect home.

Bought a home in 2009.
Working with Mark is like having a caring and knowledgeable friend going through the buy/sell process with you. Sold a home in 2007.
Mark has a great personality. Especially for this profession, where you have all different types of people. He really is a people person. He goes above and beyond what a realtor is supposed to do, but he also cares about his clients happiness. He helped us sell our home after we had already moved. When I say helped us...I mean he took care of everything and just made it easier for us to enjoy our new home and not worry about our other home we were selling. He found the right family that would be happy there.
A couple of years ago Mark also helped us find and home for my In-laws who were moving here from Florida. He was so helpful and thoughtful in such a sensitive move for them and an adjustment for us as well. He answered all their questions and concerns and just made everyone much more comfortable with their move.

We worked with Mark over a period of several months and we were thoroughly impressed with so many of his strengths! He is professional, not pushy, steady and calm in the face of pressures (which inevitably present themselves in every real-estate transaction we've ever entered into). Mark is a trusted advisor who does great work for both buyers and sellers. He managed to sell our somewhat quirky Warwick home in a tough market for a very fair price and within the time constraints we imposed. He never gave up, even when initial efforts were less than fruitful. He was always thinking of new ways to advertise and bring in the right prospective buyers. In buying our new home, also in Warwick, his extensive local knowledge gave us the tools we needed to sign a purchase and sale agreement within days of our ideal home came on the market. He was with us every step of the way and earned every bit of his commissions by saving us money on both the buy-side and on the sell-side.
