This review is more about Christina Bohannon - the loan officer I worked with - than about Oceans Capital. With today's low rates it's fairly easy for a company to deliver a low mortgage rate; however, many fail to deliver a top-rate service. This is where the loan officer steps in to ensure that the transaction goes as smoothly as possible. Christina gets an A+ because everything she stated in the very beginning - from the fees that would be on the GFE to exactly when the loan would close - were exactly what occurred. The last thing that Christina said to me in her last message was "your loan has funded - thank you for trusting me with your asset". I trusted Christina with my main asset and she came through with flying colors. I strongly recommend her.

I worked with Kambria. She completed the refinancing quickly and was diligent about keeping her promise to make the process zero-cost, personally sending a separate refund check after the lender rebate didn't cover the appraisal.

I called Oceans Capital because of the great reviews. I was already in the process with another bank; but, Chrisina didn't treat me any differently because of that. Chrisitina took the time to answer my questions and advise me on the loan I had in process. My next refinance or mortgage will be with Christina at Oceans.

We Worked with Kambria for our refinance. She went above and beyond in terms of meeting our expectations. She explained all of our options, and kept us informed throughout our loan process. She answered all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. Our loan was processed and completed quickly. Christina was wonderful, and always quick to respond to my questions in a friendly and professional manner. We were able to close within a shorter time window than originally expected, and I don't think it would have gone as smooth without her.

Working with Tri has been a very positive experience. Tri was very professional and I recommend him wholeheartedly. He was able to get us the refi. rate that he promised me rather quickly. He is what all loan people should aspire to be. Also, other people at his office were helpful as well(thanks Therese!). I believe they went above and beyond anything I could have expected. He had everything taken care of before I even thought to ask. Tri is a true asset to The LOAN PEOPLE Group. I strongly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I submitted a quote request Oceans Capital after being ridiculously frustrated with the holder of my old mortgage (WF). I had been working on refinancing for months, and literally had gotten nowhere. Within a couple of minutes, Christina Bohannon had called me back, and I made more progress in a 10 minute call than I had in the past 6 months. She took it from there, and low and behold, I now have a much lower interest rate! It's hard to say enough about the service I got from Christina - but her attentiveness to me, and her responsiveness truely set her apart from anybody I have dealt with in the past. I can't recommend Christina enough.
Also - I should note that unfortunately Christina was under the weather for a couple of days during my refi. Her colleagues stepped in, and didn't miss a beat while she was out. All-in-all, it was just a wonderful experience.
