Olga de Lange is both an architectural designer and REALTOR® specializing in the use of advanced architectural software to help clients visualize the remodel potential of existing homes from kitchens and baths to whole house remodels. Olga is also a licensed building contractor and can quickly assess the remodel potential & affordable cost-effective estimates for renovations both big and small when buying a house for sale or preparing a house to sell. This has proven to be an invaluable asset to Olga's clients. Olga has managed the design-build process for numerous projects in the greater Denver/Boulder and Foothills area. Olga holds a bachelors degree in architecture from the university of Mississippi, Sarc. After moving to Boulder she became a project manager working for many award-winning firms in the Denver/Boulder area. Olga is a co-founder and co-owner 641West Design, a full service architectural design firm that focuses on residential, light commercial and conceptual design, founded in 2003. She and husband/co-owner, Marcel de Lange, work with private clients, developers and non-profit organizations to create and envision spaces for living, working and playing. Olga's combination of architectural design background & real estate experience offers buyers and sellers turnkey solutions. Her forward-thinking ideas using contemporary design take deep care with the built and un-built environment and working with sustainable strategies. Olga is an expert in the historic Chautauqua neighborhood in Boulder, Colorado where she resides with her husband, Marcel and two children Alex and Anouk.
