In 2010 I refinanced my two-family home and took cash out to make multiple and much needed improvements to my home. First things first, I needed to find a trustworthy, responsive, reliable and knowledgeable contractor that could complete the required work in a timely manner with a fair and competitive price.
I did my due diligence and reached out to multiple contractors to provide scope of work and to ask for rough estimates. I hired One Way Development because owner/president Abraham Gonzalez knows his trade very well. He agreed to meet me on my timeline, just a day or two after I called him.He was prompt. He took special care to ask me all the right questions to determine what my needs were. He offered creative lower-cost alternative solutions for some of the work. Most importantly, his prices were competitive, and in fact, much lower than the competitive quotes I received from other contractors.
When all was done, I spent the bulk of my budget with Abraham. My only regret is I wish I had hired Abraham for other home improvements before I found him!
You will do yourself a disservice if you need a contractor and you don't call One Way Development and ask Abraham to come by to listen to your needs and to provide a quote.
