During our home search some questions came up regarding VA Loans. Our realestate agent, who knew Arianne personnally, called her up to see if she had some answers off the top of her head. Within 20 minutes we precise answers to our questions direct from the VA, through Arianne, without any presumption of becoming clients. Prior to meeting with her for the first time, Arianne had already done extensive ground work to ensure that our home could be purchased with the loan we wanted. Throughout the process Arianne was ontop over every email, question and voicemail, even when not at work. She would keep us in the loop when things were in limbo. She made the process very tranparent and easy to understand for a pair of first time home buyers. Working with her was an absolute pleasure, and I have no reservations about recommending her to anyone else. Thanks Arianne!!

Arianne Lowery was very helpful for us in buying our home, she was always available to answer any question and always doing her best to keep us up to date with what was going on. She helped alot with knowing what to do and advising us on what to do. We were very impressed with her helpfulness like she was really on our side to get everythig we needed and doingher best to make sure thigs kept going along. She was patient with us calling her and asking question and always letting us know what we need to do and even working to get things done for us in a timely manner. She would even call and ask for stuff and wait for me to bring it to her. Don't know what we would have done without her help. I would highly recomend her to anyone looking to finance a house becuase she goes out of her way to help people.

She took complete ownership - guided us throught the entire process - and was extremely responsive to our every request. Arianne is a true professional. Arianne is amazing. She helped us to understand the whole home buying process and was always willing to answer questions. She has been incredibly supportive and made buying our first home so much less overwhelming than it could have been. She has even been more than happy to help when I have called with questions about our property taxes more than 2 months after we closed on the house. I would recommend her highly!

My husband and I went through Arianne when we bought our first house in 2010, and again when we refinanced our house in 2012. Arianne went above and beyond for us both times. She was extremely helpful, and explained things to us in ways that made it easy for us to understand. She stayed in constant contact with us, letting us know when she would find anything out, even if it was just a quick update letting us know that we were still waiting for something.
Arianne made our experiences personal and exciting, exactly what buying a home should be. She will be our lifetime broker, and I will continue to recommend her to anyone I know.

I have heard so many nightmares about buying houses... I was scared to death to buy my first home - especially being a single mom with only one income. Arianne was amazing she talked me thru everything. ALWAYS kept my best interest at heart - never her own agenda. She did everything she said she would do and then some. and I even closed with a better rate and lower payment than we originally thought I would. I have been working with Arianne Lowery since August 2011. She has helped me through the pre-approval process, finding a reliable realtor, navigating Title review and we are currently waiting on approval of my offer on a home. Arianne has been there for me each and every step of the way and is available for ANY questions or concerns. She works hard to ensure a smooth process and her follow-through is very impessive. Arianne is very knowledgeable and tells it like it is, her honesty is very refreshing and has lended tremendously toward my trust in her. I can honestly say that I very highly recommend Arianne if you are in the process (or beginning the process) of purchasing a home. She really is the BEST!
