Hands down, Steve is your man! We had been looking for over a year with another agent. The other agent was very nice but wasn't "working" for us. The agent showed up to show us the property and had no negotiation skills when it came to making an offer. We were referred to Steve and bought the next house we looked at. He is the perfect balance of what we needed. He knew when to listen, when to give his knowledge and when to be aggressive on our behalf. Steve continued to help us after his part was done. I would not hesitate to say he is one of the best in the business. We will definitely use Steve again.

THIS GUY IS AMAZING. We met Steve when we just started looking for a home in Orlando 8 years ago. We explained that it was early in the process, and we knew what we were looking for. My wife jokes that over the next year she thinks Steve showed us 30 houses. We found the right one.. The buying process went smooth and the house was perfect for us. 3 years later, I got a job offer in another town. The Downtown Orlando market at that time was VERY oversold. I called Steve to see if he could help with renting it out. I knew it would be difficult trying to do it myself from out of town. Steve took the ball and ran. He found the tenet, managed every aspect of the rental business. As a rental agent, Steve did a the communication w/ the tenet, dealt with any issue that popped up. And very rarely called me. This year we decided to sell the home in Orlando once the tenet’s lease expired. Since we live out of town, Steve once again managed every aspect of getting the house fixed up to sell. He even did work himself. He went above and beyond. AND IT PAID OFF! We had 6 offersover asking price on DAY ONE! House closed 30 days.. . First of all, Steve really liked the house we were selling. It was clear in the positive things he said about it. He made a few suggestions of minor upgrades that really brought top dollar to the sale of our home. During the entire process, he kept us informed, and was actively showing the house. He also posted some beautiful pictures on the website that displayed the particulars of the house. We had a valid and solid offer within a week of listing it. He stayed active with other interested prospects throught the process just in case we ran into snafus with the potential buyer. We closed once everything was in order. Steve was with is throughout the entire process. Should an occasion arise to hire him again, we would do so without hesitation.

You cannot find a better realtor than Steve Schiffer. We faced the prospects of buying a house in Florida while living in Indiana and he could not have made the process easier. He holds enough house maintenance expertise that the seller and realtor of a house that held our interest asked HIM to help solve a thorny maintenance mystery. He expedited our needs when it was time to make an offer. He held our hands through the closing process. But what really made Steve stand out is his willingness to be our partner "on the ground" in Florida. He accompanied the inspector on the inspection. Steve solicited bids for work to be done once he bought the house and met with contractors on-site. Even after we closed, when his job (and pay) have ended, he is still coordinating our contractors until we can move into the house. Talk about going the extra mile!
