    Michael Kara represents the culmination of eleven years of hands-on real-estate experience during one of the most turbulent times in the market. While other brokerages folded under the economic pressure, Kara led his companies to achieve amazing milestones such as a 100% growth in 2008 and is currently in the top one percent of real estate agents in Orlando. Recently, Kara was also ranked 40 in RE/MAX's Top 100 Team Leaders in the nation through March 2013. He did this through a combination of flexibility and foresight, adjusting to customer needs and providing superior service with distressed sales long before other companies even knew what a short sale was.

    Kara keeps himself in-the-loop with the continually evolving real estate market through constant study and education. A recent example is his awarding of the Luxury Marketing Specialist Designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. It is through the classic combination of education and experience that Kara has been able to display such successful business acumen, which he then passes on through invaluable coaching techniques to his team and fellow agents.
