This house has been sold
Answer
Yes it sold. I was the procuring cause and brought the buyer. I had originally listed the property and then the owners decided to list with another company; I then brought the offer after they were under contract with another listing agent. Part of my regular protocol is to enhance Zillow and in doing so I became the one responsible for the property however when I was no longer the listing agent, I cleaned the info off the site but no one else ever took over so it still shows me as the responsible party. I brought the buyer to this home, we closed on 10/19 for $360,000 and I no longer have access to the address to confirm this information.

David,One of the internet areas we enhance is Zillow but I can't get in to change anything because they only let one person "claim" it. Could you see if there's something on your ed that will allow me access to this home. I'll get all the text and photos along with any other descriptions into the site. Thanks! Chelsea
Is there room for a pool?
Answer
The back yard is very tight but other homes around this one have pools. There would probably be room for a smaller pool. I'm not sure what the current prices are exactly but from what I see other customers build, you could probably get a nice 14x21 pool with some kind of heating mechanism and a cage for about $28,000 to $32,000. I no longer have this listing so I'm unable to provide more info. If you're interested, I' sure I can contact the owner to see if they would reconsider selling.
Lot Size, water access footage, and zoning
Answer
A stilt home could definitely be built but is not required. In fact, at our last discussion concerning stilt homes, the current owner told me he does have th ability to build that for you, if need be (he's a contractor). This is a "double lot" which in this neighborhood is coveted and valuable. I don't believe a standard home could be built here - I really do need to ask for more time to answer that question either through the owner, the covenants or zoning. My email is: Chelsea@chelseaandco.com - please email me so I can respond to that question. It's a corner lot and the water frontage appears to be 35' - the lot dimensions are 130x61x126x35.
would you consider a lease to own option?
