Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Davenport, FL.
I purchased my first Florida property towards the end of last year and as I am overseas owner I didn't have a clue as to what I needed to do. Alan was excellent and helped me through the entire process. He made purchasing my home very easy and was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very flexible, responsive and very understanding about my requirements and had properties for us to view in a matter of days. I would definately reccomend Alan to anyone wanting to purchase a property and I will definately use Alan again in the future.

Bought a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $50K in Kissimmee, FL.
I first came across Alan whilst searching for a property to buy in Florida 3 years ago. He called me here in Scotland after I enquired about a property advertised on his website. He did absolutely EVERYTHING for me, down to personally going to appraise the area and the apartment I liked before I submitted an offer. I had never been to the USA and knew nothing about anything to do with property out there. He made the purchase so simple for me - it took only 4 weeks from start to finish and all I had to do was sign some paperwork, received and returned by email. He sorted out a lawyer for me too. Afterwards he helped me with the water, electricity, cable TV, internet etc.,etc., as well as introduce me to his daughter's husband, Tim Freeman, who repainted the entire apartment, changed ceiling fans, hung a TV, changed taps (faucets), added and changed doorknobs, hung mirrors/pictures, built furniture etc etc, all to an immaculate, professional standard. I cannot recommend Alan highly enough - he even then found me a wonderful long-term tenant, and continues to offer help and/or advice should Ineed it. All of his services were completely free to me, as fees are paid by the seller. A highly knowledgable, helpful, professional, capable and experienced gem!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Orlando, FL.
Alan was responsive to our communications, was helpful in putting together listings for us to view and spending a good few hours showing us a number of potential properties. When it came to buying a unit, he was willing to inspect it prior to us submitting an offer and he was very efficient with the paperwork and in providing contact information for applicable parties, such as an accountant and lawyer. We are very happy with the investment we have in an Orlando condo. Thanks Alan.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Kissimmee, FL.
Alan promptly met us and assessed our wish list for the purchase of a vacation rental property in Kissimmee. Within a day we had a list of a few great properties for consideration and within a week we had closed a deal! Great service and responsiveness! Highly recommended.

Alan ended up purchasing my Legacy Dunes condo himself on a short sale. He is very knowledgeable on the Orlando area and he and his team worked very hard to achieve the short sale. He is very interested in seeing that all owners in that complex get treated well and that the complex succeeds.
