My name is Leon Luis Cruz i am 31 years young, i am of Spanish decent, i have lived in Orlando for 8 years i moved here from New York City The Bronx.

I Owned one of the largest commerial and residential Glass company's here in the central Florida area, we closed our doors and sold the company.

Since then i have been in real estate, investing for myself and my clients, i also got into the Mortgage industry to give that service to my clients to make the process of buying a home easier for them.

I have closed on over $6,000,000 dollars of real estate deals since my start as a realtor i have funded over $20,000,000.00 in new loans, refinances and so forth.

I also have extensive experience in SHORT SALES AND FORECLOSURES and also in LOAN MODIFICATIONS, we specialize in this field and we have made the change into this field for the benefit of our clients.
